Donkey milk in history
Donkey milk has aroused a lot of interest in recent years for various applications. History indeed seems to show a thousand-year-old tradition of using donkey milk in different applications. In the tradition of this use of donkey milk, asineries have emerged in France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany ... And the success of these particular farms, which market donkey milk, confirms the ancestral reputation of the product and all the importance of its vital properties.
