Article 6 - Delivery

Delivery by UPS from Spain within 48 hours for in-stock products.

15–20 DAYS FOR NEW MANUFACTURES.

You can contact us at any time at contact@essentielnature.com to receive your order tracking number.

6.1 Delivery costs

The Products will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the Buyer during the ordering process, and the price is calculated based on weight. We ship your orders via UPS

6.2 Delivery delays

In accordance with consumer protection law, in the event of a delivery delay, the Buyer may require the Seller to deliver within a reasonable time from the first day of delay beyond the delivery deadline announced by the Seller. The Buyer may notify the Seller by email at contact@essentielnature.com or by post at C/ Les garroferes, 27, 46400 Cullera (Valencia). If this deadline is exceeded, the Buyer may notify the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract by sending a further email or letter.

The contract must be terminated within sixty working days of the delivery deadline.

The contract will be terminated on the day the Seller receives the second email or letter, if delivery has not taken place between the date it was sent and the date it was received.

Termination of the sale under the terms set out in this article requires the Seller to refund the Buyer all amounts paid within a maximum of fourteen days of the date on which the contract termination took effect.

The Seller shall not be held liable if the failure to perform or improper performance of the contract is attributable to the Buyer, a third party to the contract, or a force majeure event.

For deliveries to countries other than France, customs clearance fees and taxes, in addition to the amounts paid to essentielnature.com, are entirely the buyer’s responsibility.

If a customer makes one or more errors when providing their delivery address and the parcel cannot be delivered as a result, the customer must pay the shipping costs again for the parcel to be sent to them again.
